We also perform orthopedic evaluations and routine health exams, and we work closely with our trusted veterinarian throughout every step. We breed only when it’s safe, responsible, and appropriate never rushing, never compromising. We also believe in allowing our mamas time to rest, recover, and just be dogs between litters. That’s our promise.

By the time our puppies are ready to go to their forever homes, they have received a full veterinary health check, age-appropriate vaccinations, and deworming treatments. We also send you home with a complete health record that outlines everything your puppy has received and when the next vet visits or boosters will be due. We recommend scheduling your own vet appointment within 72 hours of bringing your puppy home not just for peace of mind, but because it helps establish a veterinary relationship and keeps your puppy’s health history up to date.

If, during that initial vet visit, your licensed veterinarian discovers a life-threatening genetic or congenital condition that was present before pickup or shipping, we ask that you contact us immediately with documentation. In such rare and unfortunate cases, we will work with you to either replace the puppy with one from a future litter (when available), or offer a partial refund, depending on the specific situation. While we never want anyone to go through something like this, we stand behind the health of our puppies and will never leave you unsupported.

Our health guarantee is not a vague promise it’s a real, written agreement that reflects our breeding ethics, our love for this breed, and our commitment to your family. However, it’s important to remember that puppies, like children, are living beings. They need proper nutrition, vet care, love, and a safe environment to thrive. We do everything in our power to give you a healthy puppy, but ongoing care is your responsibility, too. This includes providing high-quality food, routine vet checkups, flea and heartworm prevention, and above all love and attention.

As for getting your puppy home, we’re proud to offer a variety of safe, stress-free options to make the transition as smooth as possible, no matter where you live. If you're local to us, we always welcome and encourage in-person pickup at our home. We love meeting families face to face and watching those first cuddles happen in person. It also gives us a chance to go over everything with you one-on-one, including feeding routines, transition tips, and answering any last-minute questions.

For families further away, we offer professional puppy delivery services through trusted pet nannies who fly in-cabin with your puppy. Your little one will never be shipped in cargo. We simply don’t believe in that. Your puppy will travel safely, comfortably, and with constant human supervision from our hands to yours. We’ve built close relationships with flight nannies who love animals and specialize in gentle, loving transport for young puppies. Once we’ve confirmed your delivery option, we’ll coordinate everything with you including airport locations, timing, and updates throughout the travel day.

In some cases, ground transport can also be arranged, especially for families within a reasonable driving distance. We only use vetted professionals who prioritize puppy welfare, use temperature-controlled vehicles, and make regular stops for comfort. No matter the method, you’ll be kept in the loop every step of the way. We want you to feel like you’re right there, waiting with open arms and a warm blanket.

When your puppy arrives, they’ll come with a detailed take-home pack, including health records, a familiar-smelling blanket or toy to ease the transition, starter food, and helpful information about training, feeding, and adjustment. We even include a letter from us because saying goodbye is hard for us, too. But knowing they’re going to a home full of love? That’s what makes it all worthwhile.
